Currently, the existing homes are being designed and built by J Ferster homes.
Lots
All of our lots are freehold ownership. There are no restrictions or Strata guidelines to abide to. With the purchase of your lot you will become a member of the beach society which allows boat moorage, beach access and comes with a small annual fee for maintenance.
Floor Plans
We have a variety of floor plans being created or completed. As design builders we like to work with clients to see their vision and put it to paper. As some of our lots require imagination, we can create some amazing floor plans.
